How come sometimeshe paints it and the circle brush is a little bit outside but it wont paint outside

the brush u use at the beginign to make the outline is a hard brush with only shape dynamics?
what tool do u use for the outline then the actually drawing?

I just keep looking at this because it’s so helpful, I have a Wacom 6×8 and use some of your techniques, but I’m apparently not that talented! I need to practice more, too.

I usually work with several layers and merge them down as needed during the process.
I’m afraid I don’t have a wacom tablet, I use a Genius one which is 6×8 size….and I’ve been digital-painting since late 2006 and still learning
Is this all worked out on one layer???
Also how big of a Wacom you got?(im guessing you used one..if not HELLA BIG PROPS!haha)
How long have you been at this? Im getting a wacom in the next 2 days..I have GIMP…
